Commercial Trash and Recycling
Salisbury Township businesses are required to dispose of trash and recyclable materials through a licensed hauler. We have several licensed haulers within Salisbury Township to dispose of waste and to collect your recyclables.

Each commercial facility is required to recycle the followng materials: glass, aluminum, steel, plastic, yard waste, corrugated cardboard, tires and white goods.
Salisbury Township has a yard waste recycling facility located at 5581 Old Philadelphia Pike. Items you may bring include branches, tree trimmings, leaves, shrubbery, etc. We DO NOT accept grass. Please contact the Township Office in order to obtain an access code to use the facility. These items may NOT be burned.

As a licensed hauler they are responsible for collecting and transporting regulated municipal waste and designated recyclable materials. The licensed hauler must maintain a valid license from Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority (LCSWMA). They have also agreed to comply with all LCSWMA’s rules and regulations and comply with the Township Ordinance.
