Permits
If you need any information pertaining to permits, please contact
the Township Office Monday - Friday from 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.

- Building Permits
A building permit must be obtained before beginning any construction
within the Township. Building permit cost is determined according
to the value of construction or improvement.

- Driveway Permits
Permits are necessary for any new driveway or alterations or
improvements to private driveways and entrances within the Township
road right-of-way. An application needs to be made for review
and approval before any construction can begin.
- Sewage Permits
An on-lot sewage permit issued by the Township Sewage Enforcement
Officer, Robert Mohn, must be presented with the building permit
application.
- Sign Permits
A sign permit is required to erect any business sign; identification
(individual, organization, agency, institution, facility) billboard
or home occupation in the Township. An application needs to
be completed for review and approved by the Zoning Officer.
